Narratives and Outcomes:
This course provided me with an in depth knowledge of behavioral, cognitive, social, and biological theories of learning, with their instructional implications. By the end of the course I have been able to:

• Evaluate and apply appropriate learning theories: behavioral, cognitive, social, etc.
• Select appropriate pedagogy according to specific delivery model and learner outcome.
• Develop an awareness of cultural diversity in learning traits.
• Understand myself as a learner and apply that knowledge to my own learning.

• Investigate, apply and evaluate instructional design models.
• Generate an instructional design document that applies learning theories appropriate to the target audience.
